This email address will be manned 24-hours per day by multiple
BlazingBucks Staff in order to ensure, that no email is missed. We
feel this method is best for allowing us to provide a service to our
webmasters as well as protect the privacy of our models and most
importantly protection from any legal liabilities stemming from the
release of private information of the models.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

BlazingBucks ID & Password
Verification of Name and Address on record
Full name and accreditation of 2257 investigator
The URL of the image or video in question
The image name, stage name, or legal name of model(s) in question

In the event any webmaster needs to correctly identify any content
being used on their sites, please contact us immediately with the
details of the content in question, and we will be able to identify and
provide the docs necessary.

We understand that this is a difficult time for all of us, but we are

As you know the new 2257 law comes into effect on June 23rd , I want to assure all affiliates that
even though IA Cash is based in Canada we maintain the records required under 18 U.S.C. 2257
and its regulations.

For our US based webmasters we have updated our marketing tools to include 2257 compliant
banners for all sites.

Regarding all downloadable promotional content, we will not be removing any hardcore content and
ask you abide by the laws in your country and decide which type of content you would like to use
to continue promoting our family of sites. We will be adding more 2257 compliant downloadable
content sets in the upcoming weeks.

Regarding all hosted promotional content, as the law states there are no issues with you linking to
our hosted promotional material.

We will not be giving out any of the models id’s as we must abide by the Privacy Act in Canada
that precludes the releasing of anyone's personal information. The law aside we feel giving out the
personal information of any model by an affiliate program is extremely irresponsible and
jeopardizes the safety of these models.

Free Content

In order to obtain free content, webmasters will have to follow these simple
steps:
Webmasters will need to fill out an online form with their account
ID in order to get the required documents. This form is available inside
the webmaster area. After further review, we will either accept or refuse
webmasters. New webmasters will need to provide references.
Accepted webmasters will then need to sign and fax a non-disclosure
agreement as well as government issued ID to our offices where records
will be kept.
Webmasters will then have access to IDs for download. This way, they
can be kept at their place of buisness.
Model Files will be encrypted and a phone number will be available to
webmasters in case of urgency. The password will then be given for
government verification.
All other affiliates will be restricted from promoting our sites with explicit
hardcore content. They will have access to other promo material.

We are currently working on bringing everything into compliance.

We have taken down our downloadable content temporarily. We will have it back up
as soon as we can get all of our content switched over to softcore material.

If you have any hardcore content on your site for our program, you must remove it to
become compliant. If you would like a username and password to our members are to
grab softcore content to replace the existing content, please email
content@georgiacash.com.

Our hosted galleries will not change. However, we will be adding a 2257 statement to
the bottom of each gallery. All of the changes will be completed by the 23rd. No
change on your part is necessary unless you link to our galleries with a hardcore image.
If you do, you will have to replace it with a softcore image.

I believe that covers everything. All of our sites are in compliance. We will not be
removing any sites. So keep pumping the traffic and collecting your checks.

Dear affiliates,

It took us a while, but after careful review and extensive legal advice with three of the top adult
entertainment law firms, (who are extremely familiar with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 in their capacities as First
Amendment and Criminal defense practitioners) we have come to the following determination,
summarized by Jeffrey Douglas, one of our attorneys:

"...Despite General Gonzalez' efforts at reviving the concept of “secondary producers”
in the most recent version of regulations in support of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the concept is not supported
by the statute itself. The only case addressing the issue, Sundance Assocs. Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d
804, 807 (10th Cir.1998), held that the “secondary producer” requirements of the
regulations to be unconstitutional. We rely on that holding, and further decline to violate the privacy
of the performing artists by disseminating private data when not required to do so by law...".

What does this mean?

At this time, with the law in it's current form, we will NOT provide affiliates with the model's
identification or releases.
PanchoDog Affiliates are in no way shape or form, required to keep, maintain, view, or otherwise
possess any documentation that pertains to the 2257 regs.

What changes then can we expect from PanchoDog, regarding the 2257 regs and are you
compliant?

Panchodog, all it's holdings, affiliate companies, and partners are fully compliant with the 2257 regs.

You may use our hosted galleries, movies, FPA's, and other hosted material, which provide a 2257 link
at the bottom of each page.

If you are using downloadable material, i.e. zipped galleries, images, movies, etc... where the html page
is made/designed/hosted by you, then we suggest you add the proper link to our 2257 page, located on
each website, at the bottom of each page.

Can we promote your sites, that contain sexually explicit content?
Yes. However, you MUST place our 2257 link at the bottom of your pages, website or promotional

a decision regarding the new 2257 laws that effect US webmasters.

RavenRiley.com fully supports all legitimate efforts to eradicate
child pornography from the net and punish any who produce it.
However, we do not believe the new regulations published by
the Attorney General will have any success in reducing CP but
will instead reduce the amount of legal, constitutionally
protected adult expression. Webmasters have already begun
taking down pages. Producers have withdrawn content.
Legitimate free speech is being silenced.

We believe that the Department of Justice has exceeded its authority
by requiring so-called “secondary producers” to
maintain copies of records kept by us. We also believe that the
additional records-keeping requirements are unconstitutionally
burdensome and will eventually be struck down.

effect. Therefore, we are taking certain measures so that our
program is in compliance with the new regulations until they are
enjoined or struck down. We believe the private, personal
information of all models deserves to be protected and we will

First a few changes that have taken place:
1. All of our FHGs are now 2257 compliant with a proper statement posted at the bottom of each hosted gallery.
2. All of our FHGs are now available for downloading in zip files for those wishing to host them on their own servers. The download version does not contain a US
2257 compliance statement and is meant mainly for our non US based affiliates.
3. We have in place a new FHGs tool which allows for easy link code generation, complete with gallery descriptions, categories and number of pics, variable
formatting, flexibility and exporting of FHGs linking codes suitable for importing into almost any TGP script and other scripts. You can find this tool in our affiliates

4. Starting this week, we're adding at least 50 new FHGs every week to help our affiliates who are no longer able to host explicit images and movies on their

We also would like to suggest the following guidelines depending on your location:
For our USA based affiliates:
We encourage US based affiliates to link to our FHGs using text links or non explicit thumbnails so that you remain compliant. Since these galleries are not hosted on
your servers linking to them in this way assures you remain compliant and problem free.

We will continue offering free content to affiliates but we will not provide model IDs and releases to affiliates as this violates their privacy and we respect the model's
privacy. Therefore we do not suggest that US based affiliates continue to use free content, instead link only to our FHGs.

For our non USA based affiliates:
We feel that you can continue promoting in pretty much the same way as you have been so far.
1. You're welcome to link to our FHGs in any legal way you see fit that does not violate our terms of service.
2. You can continue using our free content as you've have been so far.
3. You can download all of our FHGs and host them on your own servers.

Hello PornoDinero Affiliate! We are going through a few changes now that the new updated 2257 regulations have been released. In addition, we will be adding new
changes beneficial to you! The legal changes affecting you will be minor to some but major to others. They are as follows:

1. All pink and "hardcore" images on hosted
banners have been blocked out or "censored". No need to update your banners if you have hotlinked to our hosted banners.

2. All hosted galleries and free sites have been
updated 2257 links leading to our records holding dept. contact info.

3. No more hosted content. If you are in the united states and are using our free content please
discontinue it's use and remove it from your servers and computers. From now on there will no longer be any free content. The things staying the same will be all out
hosted content and websites. We have been struggling to become as compliant as possible but should be fully by the June 23rd deadline.

will remain online and we hope that all the involved parties will absorb
the new regulations and change their policies towards FHGs accordingly.

In addition we will offer the following solutions to all of our affiliates:

- Free hosting for our affiliates including the chance to obtain a free
fully qualified domain name from us.
- We will be in position to lease your current domain and host it on our
server. The domain will be under our ownership through a signed contract
giving you the right to take it back any time at no cost.

Makebling will not be releasing any model identification at this time. Here is why.
As many of you know, Makebling is a Danish based adult entertainment company. As such, it falls under Danish law and secondly European law.

In Europe, the right to privacy is a right taken very seriously. The European Union’s directive regarding the protection of data, the federal government enacted the
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA for short) The European community has developed, throughout the 1990's, a directive that was
passed by the Council of Ministers in October 1995 and came into force in October 1998, obliging all member countries to block the flow of personal data to countries
without adequate protection, subject to the derogations listed in Article 26. America maintained that self-regulation was a preferred approach to dealing with privacy issues.
America is not in line with the European community on this subject.

This means we will not be changing any promo material at all nor ask our webmasters to do so.
We are in 100% compliance with Danish and European law at this very moment and have no relations with the US at this point. Not even through billing.

I am writing to you to inform you of the stance digibucks.com have decided to take on the 2257 issue.

Our affiliate program is based in the UK and in order for us to fully comply with the new regulations it would mean we would be breaking our own local laws of Data
Protection.

We respect the rights and privacy of our models and we are not prepared to give out model releases or ID’s to our webmasters.

Our hosted galleries however are fully compliant with the new regulations and we strongly recommend that our US affiliates use the hosted galleries rather then building
there own with the content we provide.

We will not be making any changes to our affiliate program at this stage. Content will still be available to our webmasters as always.

Dear Webmasters:
S.I.C.Cash would like to announce that it is and has been working diligently to be
compliant to the new changes of 18 U.S.C. 2257 regulations by the June 23, 2005
deadline.

Below, we have some steps that our current affiliates will need to address, to
remain in compliance with the new changes to the law.

S.I.C.Cash Free Content and Marketing Materials:

Please remove all S.I.C.Cash free content images that contain sexually explicit
acts, which include but not limited to touching of genitals, masturbation,
simulated masturbation, intercourse, and/or the touching of any genitals with
the hand, mouth, or anus.
Please remove any banners, HPA's, FPA's, tour screen shots or any other
sexually explicit promotional materials currently in use for the advertisement or
promotion of any S.I.C.Cash website.
We will be releasing new fully compliant free content as soon as possible.
We will also be pulling down some of our hosted galleries, but redirecting that
traffic to similar compliant hosted galleries, and/or to the actual tour of the
site, so no traffic should be lost.
We are currently in the process of making 2257 compliant banners and
promotional materials of which we will provide to our affiliates as they are
completed.
Lastly, since many of our past content providers have failed to neither
recognize the new laws, nor responded to our emails and certified letters. We
have to close some of our sites that we could not obtain the new
documentation required by law. A complete list of these sites will be available
in our “what’s new” section at siccash.com as soon as possible. No
traffic will go lost, any current traffic will be redirected to a general compliant
site, and all sales will be tracked accordingly.

Thank you for working with us to make this all a smooth transition. Although we
understand that this will affect everyone’s business, we hope that we can work past
it and continue to make money together. Please feel free to contact any of our sales
associates with your questions or concerns, and please be patient for replies as we
will work hard to answer them as quickly as possible. If there are any changes,
updates, or developments that relate to S.I.C.Cash, we will notify all of our
affiliates as soon as possible.
