Teen Revenue new 2257 policy.
We have now completed all of the New 2257 record keeping required by us under the new laws that went into effect June23rd.

WE WILL NOT BE GIVING OUT 2257 INFORMATION TO SECONDARY PRODUCERS.

We feel that this industry needs to respect the rights of models and their privacy. Since we have shot almost every scene in the triplexcash program we know most of the models and have had feedback from them requesting that they do not have their privacy crushed. Why put them at risk?

We also know 100% that records must be maintained at the resedence or the office of the secondary producer and have to be
available at all times for inspection.

For secondary producers such as webmasters that promote Teen Revenue we recomend that they use tours that do not
make it subject to 2257 laws. In stating that, we will have banners and content that will be 2257 compliant so there will be no need to keep records.


We know 100% that you may still link to our hosted galeries at no risk to webmasters and that using text links or images that are soft in nature will make any webmaster 2257 compliant.

IntenseCash 2257 update

As most of you are aware the US government will enforce stronger regulations for publication of sexually explicit material on its territory. Intensecash will comply with all
the new laws. We ask for your cooperation at this time. If you are using our current free content we ask you to either remove it or contact us for 2257 docs. Only
webmasters we have a long trusted business relationship with will beable to get 2257 documents. If you are using any SpringBreakGuys free content please check it and
make sure it is only showing flashing pictures and no oral etc.

All our current free hosted galleries will be completly compliant and probably the easiest way for you to deal with the new 2257 laws. We are almost finished with our new
gay sites which will be 100% exclusive and compliant. We are looking at releasing these two new gay sites by Aug 5, 2005. We will have new hosted movies and pictures
for our new sites on the release dates as well.

We also ask that you change any any current banners that show anything x rated with non nude banners or our new compliant banners which should be done in a couple
days. If you are not sure about a banner just don't use it. We have found that the non x rated banner get more click through anyway because they entice the surfer more.

I am very sorry for the delay on the status of IntenseCash and the new 2257 laws. We were waiting on many content providers for the correct documentation. Many of
them are so busy there is a huge delay in their response.

As you are probably aware, the new 2257 requirements will go into affect on
the 23rd of June. MoneyTree would like our webmasters to know that we are
making every effort to satisfy the 2257 requirements with as little disruption

MoneyTree would like our webmasters to know that we are making every
effort to satisfy the 2257 requirements with as little disruption as possible.
Your patience and loyalty is appreciated!

In an effort to satisfy 18 USC 2257, 28 CFR 75 requirements, as well as
continue to provide our webmasters with the proper tools promote our
product - we will be adding the following policies to our program.

Effective June 23rd, 2005 - we will no longer provide depictions of actual
sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 USCS 2256 or hardcore content for
any of the programs within the MoneyTree system. While we do hold proper
documentation for content - we have chosen not to release personal
information or documentation of the models, performers or individuals
promoted within MoneyTree. We feel the release of this information
jeopardizes one's right to privacy and threatens one's personal safety.
Therefore we will only provide non-sexually explicit materials. Any hardcore
material in the MoneyTree system is hosted by us and we retain the proper
documentation for these images. Use of these images outside our servers is
strictly forbidden.

"Hardcore" is defined as any picture which shows: an erect or flaccid penis,
scrotum, anus, masturbation or sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18
USCS 2256 including, but not limited to genital-genital, oral-genital, oral-anal,
and anal-genital contact.

"Softcore" content includes: face, chest, buttocks (not the anus), pubic hair
and simulated sex. For these purposes examples of simulated sex includes:
kissing, hugging, nipple licking or other instances where the images do not
include depictions of genital-genital, oral-genital, oral-anal or anal-genital
contact as defined in 18 USCS 2256.

We ask that MoneyTree webmasters no longer use any hardcore images
obtained from our content areas. If you are promoting hardcore materials -
we strongly suggest you replace this with non sexually explicit content. We
will gladly provide you with ample non sexually explicit materials to continue
to promote our products successfully.

This policy refers to the content offered in and provided by the MoneyTree
program only. Hardcore content may be used, as long as the license or
copyright is held by the webmaster exclusively and is not provided by
MoneyTree.

As of June 23rd, 2005, this policy will become part of the MoneyTree Terms of
Service. We will notify our webmasters of any changes to this policy as

use content that is not explicit and are therefore
exempt from code 2257.

Drop-In Model List:
The Drop-In Model List uses content that is not
explicit and is therefore exempt from code 2257.

Free Hosted Galleries:
As the free hosted galleries potentially could contain
sexually explicit material, we recommend that you
not use any method that would insert our content
onto your website, for instance, an IFRAME tag.
Having said that, all free hosted galleries in the
WebcamCash program are served from WebcamCash
domains which operate as independent websites. If
you merely link to our Free Hosted Galleries, you are
not, in our opinion, a Secondary Producer of that
content.

If you obtained any customized content from
WebcamCash in the past, please contact us
immediately to determine its 2257-compliance and
whether you may be a Secondary Producer of that
content. If you use third-party content that is not
produced by WebcamCash to promote the

I represent Shane’s World Cash. We received your inquiry concerning copies of records for secondary producers. I am very familiar with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 in my
capacities as a First Amendment and criminal defense practitioner, the Chairman Emeritus of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and the Chair of the Board of the
industry’s trade association, the Free Speech Coalition. I write this letter exclusively in my capacity as Shane’s World Cash’s attorney.

Despite General Gonzalez’ efforts at reviving the concept of "secondary producers" in the most recent version of regulations in support of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the concept
is not supported by the statute itself. The only case addressing the issue, Sundance Assocs. Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d 804, 807 (10th Cir.1998), held that the "secondary
producer" requirements of the regulations to be unconstitutional. We rely on that holding, and further decline to violate the privacy of the performing artists by
disseminating private data when not required to do so by law.

2257 Requlations for Dawn's Place

With all of the previous 2257 announcements and emails, I don’t think I need to go into great details or describe the new regulations and their affect on banners and
friends pages. Due to these new regulations, we will be adjusting our content policies:

1. Effective EOD June 22, 2005, we will no longer provide or allow the usage of
downloadable content that is construed as "Sexually Explicit" for the promotion of our sites. Webmasters will need to replace any hardcore promotions with softcore
content no later than EOD June 22nd, or remove them altogether. This policy covers all account holders, no matter their geographical location.

2. Effective EOD June 22,
2005, we will no longer allow the usage of banners or friends page picture content that is construed as "Sexually Explicit". Use of any sexually explicit content to promote
your sites on ours will be prohibited. Webmasters will need to replace any hardcore images with softcore images no later than EOD June 22nd. This policy covers all
accounts holders, no matter their geographical location.

3. Effective ASAP, we WILL be hosting 'Customized' Hosted Galleries. By editing the provided templates, you
can create your own pages, that will be hosted by Dawn's Place, after approval. We hope these customized pages will give you greater flexibility to advertise Dawn's
Place, while still allowing for 2257 regulations. We are updating all of our promotional materials, removing all hardcore banners, and will add additonal softcore content in
the near future for your use. We will continue to offer hardcore content through our affiliate program’s hosted galleries. Please feel free to contact us if you have any

U.S.C 2257 Announcement From Platinum Bucks


Platinum Bucks continues to flourish, and maintain a professional stance in the industry. We pride
ourselves on having earned webmasters trust since 1999, and with the recent 2257 regulations have
formulated changes to comply. After several discussions with our lawyers, the Free Speech Coalition and
other industry leaders, we will work to be fully compliant by June 23rd with the regulations; as a result this
will have minimal impact on our affiliates.


Below is a breakdown of the 2257 information necessary to meet with these regulations, these will also be
reflected in our Platinum Bucks Terms and Conditions before June 23rd, 2005:


Hosted Galleries –


All of our static and hosted galleries and daily rotating pictures all reside on our own servers and domain
which are in full compliance to the 2257 regulations. For our affiliates no change is needed in this area.
Additional free hosted galleries are being created everyday all of which are 2257 compliant for our
webmasters.


Free Content –


1. PB exclusive free content will continue to be available, currently we have all our exclusive content
online, which is 2257 compliant, and by the deadline will have sexually explicit and softcore content all
2257 compliant, available in the Free Content Area. We are currently uploading new free content as we
speak to add to the exclusive PB free content available to webmasters. Once again, all PB free content will
be 100% 2257 compliant by June 23rd 2005.


a. Affiliates who use our NON exclusive older PB content will have to remove all the content in order to
comply with 2257 regulations. Affiliates will be able replace it with the newly provided content inside PB
which is currently being uploaded. This new NON exclusive Free content will contain Sexually Explicit and
Softcore images/videos.


b. Banner Content that is not 2257 compliant will be removed from Platinum Bucks prior to June 23rd,
currently we are creating new banner materials which are 2257 compliant, and have been addressing those
affiliates who have requested 2257 compliant banners on a case by case basis until all the compliant
banners are online, inside the Platinum Bucks tools area.


If you need specific 2257 compliant promotional material we have a new designer exclusive to creating this
material for our webmasters. Please email your account manager assigned to your account to request your
specific material. An exclusive account manager has been assigned to every webmaster inside the PB
webmaster stats area.



2257 Database model IDs -


For all Platinum Bucks sexually explicit videos and images, including and not limited to banners, and free
content, we want our webmasters to have 100% confidence in Platinum Bucks, therefore we will give
access to 2257 documents in the following manner.


Platinum Bucks will provide these records in encrypted file format, which will be available for download
inside PB webmaster tools. This file will be continuously updated as we add new promotional material and
free content. We will provide a phone number so that in the event of a lawful 2257 investigation after June
23rd webmasters who have downloaded our 2257 encrypted document file to their hard drive will be able
to gain access.

copies here. Our 2257 database are ready for attorneys audit to let our webmasters feel confident in our 2257 compliance.

to other people not our webmasters. Your real name and physical address should absolutely match to your data filled on registration

C.Your Tax ID or SSN;
D.Full name and accreditations of 2257 investigator;
E.The URL of investigated content and Model nickname;
F.You will be asked to provide us with a copy of your passport or driver license and initial paperwork from 2257 investigator (if
available). The government issued ID should match WHOIS on the domain at the URL which is promoting us with the content in question.
G.Also you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement naming you as the secondary producer and holding you the responsible for
distribution of Model documents.

This online form for 2257 database access request are located inside webmaster area of Brothers In Cash under "2257" section.

3. We want to pay your attention that we are still offering free hosting for your resources with our content and we will offer a solution

Serious Coin 2257 Regulations Announcement


We want to update our affiliates with our position regarding new 2257
regulations.

Inspite of the fact that we're based in EU, Serious Coin partnership is
fully compliant with the new 2257 regulations. We have all the required
docs.

We will NOT remove any of our sites from the program. The promo
content and banners will still be available.


US affiliates:

Our recommendations to US affiliates:
1) Extend the usage of our free hosted galleries, linking to them using
text descriptions.
2) Use more text links for marketing paysites.
3) Use only non sexually explicit content, choosing it from the available
inside webmasters zone (more detailed explanation below).

US affiliates should only use non sexually explicit content /banners,
because we won't provide affiliates with Models IDs (the reason for
that is Privacy of our models).

The definition of sexually explicit content is made in 18 U.S.C. 2256:
"sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital,
anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or
opposite sex; bestiality; masturbation; sadistic or masochistic abuse;
or lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person"

Though we have many softcore (in usual meaning) sets and banners
for our sites, some of them may be defined as sexually explicit under
the terms above. So, be careful with that.

In future content updates we will try to add as much non sexually
explicit content as hardcore one. Also we're ready to release more non
sexually explicit content to serious affiliates after additional request.

All of our pay sites and free hosted galleries are compliant with new
2257 regulations. We advise to use free hosted galleries more often. If
you link to hosted galleries using thumbnails, be careful with choosing
non sexually explicit ones. The better way is to link with text
descriptions, which are available for each hosted gallery.

For serious gallery posters ( US affiliates) we may offer free hosting
(including domain option) which will allow you to comply new 2257
regulations. Contact us for details.


Non US affiliates:

According our understanding and some lawyers' comments, affiliates
who are not US citizens are not directly affected by these new 2257
regulations.

Though, certain parts of new law are unclear and it's difficult to
understand what exactly authors have meant.

That is why we should oversee the situation after the 23rd of June and
perform needed changes in our work if this will be required.

We will update our affiliates with the news regarding 2257 law.

This is our policy regarding the new 2257 Rules that go into effect tomorrow
(06/23/05) for all U.S. based webmasters. Please read this carefully and make any
changes you feel are necessary to your pages.

1) All FHG's and HFS's will remain unchanged. Hardcore, sexually explicit content. Since we are
hosting these pages, the responsibility to obtain and maintain the records for these models falls on us.

2) Our Galleries and Freesites will not have a compliance statement on them, since they are not on the

3) Banner. Each site that we have currently offers and has always offered non sexually explicit banners

We are working towards getting new non sexually explicit content packages together to use in promoting
us. But this could take some time.

We would like our partners to understand that we strive to hold ourselves to very high standards. And it
is with this goal in mind that we have decided to not release the documents to our affiliates that give

DeeCash, as primary producer for various scenes and secondary producer for the rest, has always obtained a clean record of all it's model
ids and releases. For this very reason, our sites , hosted galleries, and members area will remain intact.

In light of recent 2257 regulations, we have had to make some hard decisions. The new 2257 regulations had to be dealt with in a manner
that takes in consideration two major concerns of ours: our affiliate's protection and our model's privacy. Keeping both these factors in
mind, we have made the following decisions:

1. We will be releasing model documentation to and only to affiliates (labeled as secondary producer) that pass our screening process.

a. The scenes they request documentation for , must be seen active up on the affiliate's site promoting us.

b. Affiliate must provide us with a government issued id that matches whois on the domain at the url which is promoting us with said
content.

c. Affiliate must prove he is an actual webmaster by having sent us at least 1 signup or 500 uniques.

d. Affiliate must provide a valid phone number that he can be reached at. - We will be calling the affiliate before releasing said
documents.

e. Affiliate will be asked to sign an agreement naming them secondary producer, holding them responsible for distribution or mis-use and
include standard non-disclosure clause.


2. Documents shall have all information of models not required to be shown by 2257 regulations, blocked out (i.e. address , social
security number, credit card numbers and phone numbers).


We feel this solution will ensure that we only release delicate model documents to responsible affiliates. For loyal affiliates that have
maintained a strong relationship with us and on a per-case basis, we shall provide un-sanitized versions of the model ids without any
hassle. We are here to work with our affiliates!


Additional staff have been hired simply to screen affiliates and issue the proper model documents, hence all e-mails shall be answered in
a prompt manner. Please send all document requests to 2257 @ deecash.com .
