As most of you are aware I'm sure, the 2257 changes go into effect on the 23rd, which is next week.

I have spent the last couple weeks making changes to ensure that my own site and all the sites I run are compliant.

Unfortunately, the photographer at femmeXotique.com has decided to remove his site from the web as of June 23rd. Existing members will still have access and you will continue to be paid for rebills until they either cancel or expire. Affiliate links have been redirected to PrivateIvy.com, which we know converts like crazy.

Now, on to other changes....

I will not be releasing ID's and personal information for myself nor for any of the models in my network. This means that you must remove any images you are hosting that contain full nudity/hardcore, insertions, etc. Topless softcore photos are fine, and I will be adding more Zipped Galleries to the Free Content area for you very soon.

If you are using the Free Content previously provided, I must ask that you remove any of those images beyond the softcore level, by June 23rd.

You may still use my FREE HOSTED GALLERIES without being forced to maintain records and I encourage you to do so. I will be adding more FHG's soon as well.

I hope that you will understand my position on not releasing my own personal information and also protecting the identities of the models who entrust me to maintain their sites. Due to recent amendments to the 18 U.S.C. 2257 regulations, we have taken a close look at the regulations and have considered the matter carefully particularly in light of the variety of sites promoted by us and in order to determine how best to implement the new recordkeeping and other requirements of the amended regulations.

Thus, we wish to advise our affiliates of our view and approach to the matter.

PussyCash promotes the most advanced concept sites on the internet for video chat, adult matching and adult content including ImLive.com, WildMatch.com, Sex2Go.com, Sexier.com, the 6Buck network and many more.

PussyCash and all of the promoted sites maintain the records required under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and its regulations as recently amended, and are otherwise acting in accord with the new regulations.

This means that PussyCash and the sites maintain the 2257 records for any sexually explicit materials appearing on PussyCash and on or via the sites.


As part of the promotional materials provided by PussyCash, we create and make available to our affiliates promotional materials including content purchased from third party producers and for ImLive.com we also provide promotional materials created by hosts. With respect to promotional materials we supply to our affiliates we adopted the following policy:


ImLive.com promotional materials that involve our own hosts:
We will continue to provide these promotional materials, some of which may be sexually explicit (for purposes of 2257) and for which we hold all the necessary 2257 records. However, we will NOT (and NEVER will) provide our affiliates with our hosts' 2257 records. These will remain in our possession only. The privacy of our hosts and the maintenance for our hosts (mostly amateurs) of a secure environment is a top priority for us. However, the great majority of the content manufactured by our hosts is not sexually explicit, therefore, our affiliates will be able to continue to promote us with the same methods and levels of success. On PussyCash we will soon indicate in fuller details the exact promotional channels for which we will not provide 2257 records.


Promotional materials created by PussyCash based on content provided by other third party suppliers:
2257 records for such promotional materials will be made available to select affiliates meeting certain criteria to be published on PussyCash. Please note that the great majority of the promotional material designed by PussyCash (which includes third party photos/videos) is not sexually explicit, therefore, our affiliates will be able to continue to promote us with the same methods and levels of success. On PussyCash we will soon indicate in detail for which materials 2257 records may be obtained and the process for obtaining them.

PRESS RELEASE
IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW 2257 REGULATIONS

Sweet Productions Inc., the production and content arm of Sweet Entertainment Group, wishes to put forward to the industry its position regarding the impending 2257 revised rule, set for implementation on June 23, 2005.

As many in the industry know, Sweet Productions Inc. is a Canadian based adult entertainment company. As such, it falls under the purview of Canadian law and those of its province, British Columbia.

In Canada, the right to privacy is a right taken very seriously. In order to align Canada with the European Union’s directive regarding the protection of data, the federal government enacted the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA for short). Quebec has been a leader in fashioning privacy protection for its citizens, including constitutional protection for a right to respect for his private life in Section 5 of the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, RSQC, c-12, Section 5. The European community has developed, throughout the 1990's, a directive that was passed by the Council of Ministers in October 1995 and came into force in October 1998, obliging all member states to block the flow of personal data to states without adequate protection, subject to the derogations listed in Article 26. America maintained that self-regulation was a preferred approach to dealing with privacy issues. America is not in line with the European community on this subject.

In Canada, Federal legislation generally applies to federally regulated organizations and applies to provincial organizations where a province has not implemented its own equivalent protections. British Columbia has implemented the Personal Information Protection Act. That Act has been recognized as equivalent legislation by the Canadian government. Accordingly, Sweet Productions Inc.’s electronic data falls under the Personal Information Protection Act of British Columbia. As such, there are certain rights that adult entertainment performers have under that Act and certain obligations that SEG has pursuant to that Act as well.

Sweet Entertainment Group’s Canadian counsel, in consultation with US attorneys, is of the view that the new Regulations are unconstitutional under US law. As such, Sweet Entertainment Group has thrown its support behind the litigation we understand has been commenced by the Free Speech Coalition, which is filing for injunctive relief and a temporary restraining order in the State of California at this time. SEG is currently investigating legal avenues that would extend protection to its existing webmasters from the implementation of the new regulations.

The Tenth Circuit’s decision in Sundance Assoc., Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d 804 (10th Cir. 1998) held that the record keeping rule did not apply to secondary producers as it exceeded the Department’s statutory authority. It was held to be unconstitutional. Sweet Entertainment Group is of the view that this is the correct interpretation of the legislation and the Sundance case was decided on that particular point. In contrast, the American Library Ass’n v. Reno, 33 F.3d 78 (D.C. Cir. 1994) decision did not deal with the specific point. However that case is being interpreted as an implied endorsement of the approach taken by the drafters of the new 2257 Regulations.

Sweet Entertainment Group will not, at this time, be releasing any model identification based on the foregoing analysis. In addition Sweet Entertainment Group intends to honour its commitment to its adult entertainment models to respect and be vigilant in the protection of their right to privacy.

Sweet Entertainment has apprised the Canadian and British Columbia Privacy Commissioners of the new 2257 Regulations and is seeking their input and intervention in the matter. SEG’s legal counsel has offered an international perspective on the invasion of privacy that the new 2257 regulations present.

A further press release will be forthcoming once we receive clarification of position from the Federal and Provincial Privacy Commissioners and further consultation with our legal advisors. In the interim SEG appreciates the ongoing support of its webmasters. A leader in the fight for freedom of speech and civil liberties, SEG will continue to lead as it rises to meet this latest legal challenge.

Within the week our TOS page and Content area(s) will be updated
with content that we authorize you to use. On a side note,
if you believe that an image / video is Sexually Explicit, in our
free content area, then Do Not Use it...

Some content areas will be down for content, but we are working on those.

Free Content:
Webmasters will have two choices in how they access/utilize TopBucks giveaway content:

1. Those of you who feel more comfortable with non-”sexually explicit” content that is excluded from 2257 regulations may utilize the non-”sexually explicit” content recently provided in the giveaway content area. More sets will be added soon.

2. All giveaway content previously provided by TopBucks for reality sites may continue to be used. This includes “sexually-explicit” content as webmasters will have access to our online 2257 database outlined in the next section.
2a.Giveaway content utilized by webmasters for non-reality sites is required to be removed from the webmaster’s domain by June 23rd, 2005, as we are unable to provide access to records for these images.

TopBucks 2257 Database:
TopBucks will provide our webmasters with the ability to access an online 2257 database only upon a lawful 2257 investigation for all images/videos from our reality sites. This database will have several back up servers and different hosting locations to ensure quality service. Furthermore, it will be audited by reputable third party companies and attorneys, allowing webmasters to feel confident in our 2257 compliance.

In the event of a lawful 2257 investigation after June 23rd, 2005, webmasters may call 1.866.470.2257 and we will provide a username and password to access the necessary model information on Topbucks2257.com. We will require the following information prior to accessing our database:

-TopBucks ID & Password
-Verification of Payable to Address
-Full name and accreditations of 2257 investigator
-The URL of the image or video in question

We ask that webmasters review more detailed information and instructions regarding our database and use of our free content by logging into their TopBucks account and visiting http://webmaster.topbucks.com/2257.html

Banner Content:
All ““sexually explicit”” banner content has been pulled from the TopBucks Banner Area. We require that all webmasters currently utilizing “sexually explicit” banners remove the banners from their sites by June 23rd, 2005.

We have provided sets of “non-sexually explicit” banners that our webmasters may use as an alternative and we are working on providing new “sexually-explicit” banners for webmasters to use that comply with the revised regulations. Additional “non-sexually explicit” banners will be added over the next two weeks.

TopBucks Web Sites:
Webmasters may continue to promote all of our TopBucks websites; reality, straight, gay, and VOD. We have worked on creating compliant tours and will continue to do so in order for all of our websites to sustain complete operations.

Terms Modifications:
We will be updating/amending our Webmaster Terms of Service by June 23, 2005 to reflect these new policies and regulations. We may have additional requests of our webmasters with regard to foreign model use, but will communicate any necessary changes in a timely manner

Finally, we feel our solution carefully balances both our goals of minimizing the impact of the 2257 regulations on our webmasters and protecting the privacy of our 4500+ models. We appreciate the support of our webmasters in understanding both goals and remind webmasters that we plan to continue to be proactive and offer additional solutions to 2257 compliance as they become available to us.

TOTEMCASH 2257 ANNOUNCEMENT


TotemCash would like to advise all of its affiliates within the United States
jurisdiction of some changes that will be taking place with its affiliate program
in light of the new 2257 requirements that will become active June 23, 2005.
Although a large part of our content is exempt from 2257 because softcore material
is not covered under any 2257 legislation to date, here are the decisions we
took to reduce the impact of the new regulations on us and our affiliates.
VirtuaGirl and other softcore products
VirtuaGirl, VirtuaGuy and StripSaver are softcore products. We only had a few
banners, pics of the day and sometimes the last images from some galleries that
can be deemed “sexually explicit” and we don’t feel this aspect
of the promotional material was vital, considering the products, to attract
and convert surfers. We’re updating all our promotional material on TotemCash
to either remove sexually explicit material where we feel it was not really
needed or clearly state what is sexually explicit and what is not. We ask our
affiliates to remove the few sexually explicit images they may have on their
websites before June 23, 2005.

OneGirlaDay and other explicit products
OneGirlaDay promotional material features sexually explicit content and falls
under the new 2257 legislation. Affiliates must use our promotional content
that is not Sexually Explicit and are encouraged to take advantage of our hosted
galleries that display sexually explicit content since linking to these pages
does not require them to hold records. We’re working on a solution to
give affiliates access to our 2257 records in the event of a lawful 2257 investigation.
We’ll let you know when that solution is ready.


”Sexually Explicit”, our understanding of the law:
Although "actual sexually explicit conduct" isn't defined in the
new regulations, the applicable definition is found in the United States Code:
"sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital,
or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; bestiality;
masturbation; sadistic or masochistic abuse; or lascivious exhibition of the
genitals or pubic area of any person" (18 U.S.C. 2256).

We appreciate the support of our affiliates in understanding the changes, we
plan to continue to be proactive and offer additional solutions to 2257 compliance
as they become available to us.

WEG Cash

As promised we are taking all necessary steps to ensure that Wegcash is 2257 compliant by the effective date of the new regulations. As also promised we will give you; our affiliates and our most important asset, the necessary tools and information to be 2257 compliant. Our intent is to complete this process with as little disruption to your business as possible.

The following will set forth, in detail, the specific actions we are taking and the steps that our affiliates will need to take in order to be 2257 compliant.

WEGCash (EZPass)

Trailer Trash has been removed from the EZPass portfolio of sites and all traffic has been redirected to RawXXXPorn effective today.
Remove any banners, HPA's, FPA's, tour screen shots or other sexually explicit promotional materials currently in use for promotion of EZPass sites.
Any free content previously downloaded from the affiliate area of WEGCash must be removed from your servers by 6/22/2005.
We will be removing all previously released hosted galleries from the system by 6/22/2005. We are working on a solution that will ensure you receive credit from sign ups generated by use of these old hosted galleries.
We will be launching new 2257 compliant tours for all EZPass sites in addition to replacement tours for existing EZPass sites by 6/21/2005. Please remember you may not use screen shots of the new tours for promotion until we provide a system by which you can retrieve the necessary 2257 records.
We are currently in the process of providing 2257 compliant banners and promotional materials on which we will provide updates as soon as they are available.
We will be adding all new 2257 compliant hosted galleries by 6/21/2005 for all new and replacement EZPass tours.

WEGCash (Join4Free)

EZCams
If you are using any standard banners, odd sized banners, FPA's or HPA's that were provided by WEGCash you do not need to make any changes
If you are using the dynamic cam ad generator to promote EZCams you do not need to make any changes or obtain any records
If you use screen caps from any WEGCash designed EZCam tours you do not need to make any changes or obtain any records
Effective 6/22/2005 WEGCash will not provide any sexually explicit (hardcore) promotional materials or tours for the promotion of EZCams. If you choose to promote EZCams using this type of material you must license it and provide the necessary records for that content.


We understand that this is a difficult time, but we are committed to doing everything that we can to make the transition process as smooth as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact any of our support reps with any questions you may have.

We will keep you posted of the most recent developments as they relate to our sites, our collective compliance with the regulations and any new legal developments that may occur in the coming days.

Dear Twisted Cash affiliate!

Imagine your name, your address and your birth date was one day made public to thousands of people. Everybody could now find out who you
are and where you live. Would you be worried? Would you feel your privacy and identity are jeopardized?

Of course, we all would! This is why we decided to not release §2257-related age verification documents of our girls to affiliates.

Luckily this does not affect you if you are using our popular free hosted galleries (FHGs).

Since FHGs are hosted by us, the “secondary producer” clause of the §2257 regulations do not apply to you, and you do not need to keep
age verification records.

However, if you made galleries or promo materials using our free content in the past we have to ask you now to remove such material to
protect yourself.


We have temporarily removed all free content from the marketing tools area and will soon replace it with promotional tools that do not
require you to keep age verification documents, including new free hosted galleries and non-nude free promotional content.


Good News

Going forward, Twisted Cash affiliates will be able to see detailed traffic stats, take advantage of the now larger list of promotional
tools, and even choose to receive their bi-weekly payouts via ePassporte! We have integrated with the new and improved NATS system to
ensure that Twisted Cash continues to provide its affiliates with the very best tools and marketing materials possible.

Furthermore, we are putting the finishing touches on several new sites and respective promotional material for you. We won't get into
details, but let's just say you might want to get a bigger wallet soon.


Sandee Westgate

Unfortunately, adult industry model Sandee Westgate recently notified Twisted Cash via email that she no longer wishes to be marketed by
affiliates and requested the prompt removal of all marketing materials and linking codes to her site. While Twisted Cash can only
speculate on Ms. Westgate's motives and future plans, we do ask all affiliates to remove all Sandee Westgate advertising material
immediately. All traffic still generated to her site will now be redirected to the best converting Twisted Cash sites and all rebills will
continue to be paid on Sandee’s Twisted Cash site.

Just ensure that preview thumbs on your server are softcore.
Very soon though we will have hosted preview thumbs for you to use, so you will not even need to host them any longer.

The content that needs to be changed/removed is the downloadable content that you have downloaded and placed on your own servers.
You are no longer allowed to host any content from Dollars4babes which is not 2257 compliant.
If you need to use our content for submitting purposes, we will shortly be setting up free hosting, so you can then submit galleries with
all content being on our servers.
Once this feature is ready to use, we will let you know with another newsletter.

Due to the new 2257 regulations, we are no longer able to provide affiliates with sexually explicit content.
This is because we will not compromise the privacy of any of our models.
So by 23 June any Dollars4babes content you are using which is sexually explicit must be removed...bare breasts are fine to show but no
open leg shots exposing the genitals.
We realise that if you are a gallery submitter this is a major problem, due to changing your galleries, but we are forced into this
decision.
Email us if you need access to our members areas so you can grab non explicit content to replace your galleries with.
We have closed the content section of our affiliate program for the time being. This will be re-opened with compliant content as soon as
possible.

We are very close to launching our brand new version of Dollars4babes which will have a lot more options in our hosted gallery section,
including the following:
Wide selection of different template styles to use.
Generate galleries for individual models.
Generate galleries with a choice of 5 different description lengths.
Generate galleries with a preview thumb which we host (88x88 or 90x120).
Many galleries will be added on a regular basis, as well as brand new templates to give you lots of options and to keep your TGP fresh.

An option we will be setting up for gallery submitters, is free hosting on our domains. This will enable you to continue to submit
galleries, but leaving the 2257 regulations down to us.

Dear Affiliates,

In light of the recent changes to the 2257 regulations we will be making a few small changes to our program's Terms of Service.

Because of European Union privacy laws, we will not be able to release models IDs to our affiliates. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause you but we
have been advised by our legal representatives that we have no choice under EU law but to keep our model's personal information private.

Because of this, effective June 23, 2005, Partydoll Cash will no longer authorize affiliate use of "sexually explicit" content to promote our sites. We recommend affiliates
use text links and/or non-sexually explicit thumbnail links to our hosted content wherever possible. Hotlinking content or the use of IFRAMES will not be allowed. Simply

I think this change will likely not effect very many of you as 95% of our members area content, and all of our promotional materials, are non-nude and non "sexually
explicit." When determining whether promotional material is "sexually explicit" under US law, please error on the side of caution. We cannot guarantee what the "local
standards" in your area regarding this will be. While we believe that most or all of our member content, promotional banners, etc., do not meet the definition "sexually
explicit" under United States law, we suggest you seek your own legal advice from a qualified attorney if you have any question or doubts about what constitutes "sexually
explicit" materials as it relates to these regulations.

Dear Affiliates, It has been a pleasure working with you. Due to the new changes coming in the 2257 Regulations and Recordkeeping requirements we have come to the
decision to close our site. Any owed moneys will be paid by CCBill. Effective today there will be no more rebills. For those of you using our hosted galleries, please
remove them from your pages and databases. In order to not have a negative impact on your site quality, the FHG's will remain up for about a week. After that they will
be removed and the surfer will then receive the standard server 404 error page for about a week. All of the hosted galleries were on the madfacials.net domain. Sincerely,

2257 questions for webmasters

This is not our final statement on 2257 and webmasters do NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO POST THIS EMAIL ON ANY BBS BOARD OR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!

Any information we give is our opinion and in no way constitutes legal advice, please consult a lawyer.

The goal of this email is to get an idea of how many Nubiles.net / Katrina18.com webmasters WANT to receive model Ids. This is not our statement of our final decision on the
2257 yet, we need your feedback.


How many of you are interested in getting the 2257 documents? We need to know so we can accommodate any of our webmasters, but we want to make sure that you really need these
documents.


If you have not consulted a lawyer then you really don't NEED these documents because these rules of record keeping are so strict and complex that if you don't keep the records indexed as
the law states the potential time you are doing is huge.


Don't ask for the Ids just to have them, if you don't understand the laws than you might not be keeping the records properly. We want webmasters who are serious about following the rules
exactly.


Don't send us an email because you think its a moral issue to give out Ids and you want to get them so you can prove how easy it is to get an Id. Its not easy and we are not saying we are
giving them away at this point, we are looking at who really needs them first.


Don't send an email asking for law advice, we are not lawyers and everyone needs to have their own consultation on their own sites.


We need your help. Send an email to webmaster@nubiles.net with the subject "WANT IDS" if you want the Ids. You must state in a paragraph what sites you run that need to the Ids and why.
You must put your nubile's ccbill code (619748) and roughly how many sales you do a month.


Giving you hosting
Nubiles is committed to helping you with whatever you need. If you don't plan to request model Ids and keep the records and consult a lawyer we would like to give you the option to host html
pages and images, we will do it for you. (Remember this is crunch time for us as well getting our records in place so don't make requests for us to build new pages at the time, this is the time
to get your CURRENT html pages on our servers). If we give you hosting at this time it means we will upload the images and html to one of our domains directory and you will link to it. In the
future we will have more options that give you more control.

If you want us to host something send an email to webmaster@nubiles.net with the subject "WANT HOSTING"

Our understanding of the rules at this point is that you CANT hotlink images. If the image appears on your page then you affected.


Non Usa Webmasters
If you don't feel affected by these regulations or don't plan to keep IDs than please don't contact us and at this time continue to promote the site as you are.


Using non hardcore content to promote the sites
Our understanding of the law is that if you don't use explicit images on your site, you don't need to keep the records. If you feel you can change out images to more softcore images we feel
this is the safest way to stay out of trouble. It is our understanding that non explicit is nude but no masturbating or penetration so nude is ok according to our opinion

If you consult a lawyer and understand how complex it is to keep the records, there is no way you would even want to try to consider to even keep ids in our opinion.

There is a rumor that if you don't keep records, and don't use explicit images BUT you use softcore images that come from A PICTURES SET of explicit images that you are still in violation
anyway. We cant confirm that, if that's true, than we are all pretty much in trouble HOWEVER many nubiles girls sets are non explicit.


CONCLUSION
Most programs are waiting for the injunction and the laws or part of the laws to be overturned and there is a chance that will happen, that is why there have only been maybe 10 sponsor
programs state their new policies out of the 1000+ programs.


We don't want to give out model ids but we know that we cant screw our serious webmasters who have invested time and money into their sites so we are first going to review the situation.

Here, in brief, is our policy on promotional content as far as the new 2257 regulations are concerned.
- like most other affiliate programs, we have decided not to supply model IDs to affiliates.
- This means that none of the sexually-explicit content in our sites is available for promotion. That includes, in addition to actual
sexual activity or masturbation, any photos showing exposed genitalia, or any contact, whether the model is clothed or unclothed, with
breasts or the genital area.
- If you have any of that content being used to promote Sexy Smokers or Smoking Babes, it should be removed prior to June 23; we cannot
be responsible for your use of that content.
- Most of the free content packs in the ad tools area have been removed. There will be new free content packs available shortly.

We have always strictly observed the (mostly) reasonable regulations that affect our business. Obviously, we regret the situation which
has forced us (and most other webmaster programs) to move in this new direction. And we hope that the federal courts will quickly put an
end to this charade, which is clearly not aimed at CP, but at harrassing legitimate businesses.

The GOOD news is that with SmokeCash, you are promoting a niche that sells EXTREMELY well with softcore and non-nude promo material -
we've made lots of money with it, for a long time :-)

23, 2005 with minimal impact to your daily routines.

Hello CreamyCash affiliate! Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you have probably heard all the talk about the new U.S.C. 2257 regulation changes which are
supposed to take effect on Jun 23, 2005. Under the new law, if it does go into effect, we would be required to give out confidential model information to all of our
affiliates. This is not possible as it would violate our models rights and the contract we have with them. Therefore, we are officially announcing that as of Jun 23, 2005,
you will no longer have permission to use our hardcore FREE content in promotion of our program. We realize that this imposes a hardship on many of you and we
apologize for this inconvience. There are attorneys who are trying to stop or alter this new law and if this occurs, we will make a new announcement regarding that as
well. The actions we are taking will be just as much, or more, for your protection as ours. Under the new law, YOU would be required to be a "Custodian Of Records"
for your sites and this would place a huge responsibility on you and also place you in danger of violating a Federal Law. Unless you hear otherwise, please remove ALL
hardcore promotional material of ours from your sites. This includes genital photos, closeups of genitals, wide open spread shots, anal sex, simulated sex, penetration, oral

As many of you likely know by now, the section of the United States Code and US Penal Code which specifies record-keeping requirements for those wishing to produce sexually-explicit media has been modified. The new changes take effect on June 23, 2005.

These acts set forth the record-keeping requirements for those wishing to produce sexually-explicit media. This is intended to ensure that no person under the legal age is involved in such undertakings.

This Act was recently amended, and we are working diligently to ensure that we are fully compliant by that date. Our affiliates have always been our number one priority so hang in there, it's business as usual. We will have another announcement shortly.

use. It is highly recommended that you use those.

At this point, we will not be releasing the models' ID information.
This is subject to change pending the injunction on June 22nd or

We have made the decision to not remove any sites from our
portfolio, so you can still make the cash! Remember, text links

Private Cash 2257 Announcement

In accordance with the 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping Requirements Compliance Statement that is required by all explicit content sites, we inform all our Private Cash affiliates that there will be some notable changes taking place as of the 23rd June 2005.

Private Media Group feels very strongly about the privacy and safety of its models and content, therefore we will not be releasing personal information on our models to any of our webmasters for the foreseeable future. We are working on a solution to get our webmasters compliant, but this will take a few months.

We understand that the new law must apply to everyone in the same manner, and we don.t see why this should negatively affect our collaboration with our affiliates, in terms of traffic and their revenue. Therefore, we will not be removing any content from the program itself. However, we have compiled the following policies that we STRONGLY URGE our affiliates to follow:

US AFFILIATES: due to the unfortunate fact that this is a US law, we request that you remove all HARDCORE content (movie/photo galleries) from your sites. We are currently reviewing alternatives so that we can make this particular content available to you in the future, but you will be putting yourself at risk if you choose to continue promoting explicit content from any of the Private sites. The SOFTCORE material will continue being acceptable for your sites.

Non-US AFFILIATES: All webmasters who operate outside of the US can continue promoting both HARDCORE & SOFTCORE content. However, if you are targeting US traffic then this will be your responsibility to manage.

It is important to note that the existing banner content and additional promotional material will also continue to be accessible to ALL affiliates via your personal account page. Furthermore, we will continue updating the galleries, features and promotional content on a weekly basis, so make sure that you continue working this fantastic material in your site!

We appreciate that this law amendment will de difficult for everyone, so please feel free to contact us with any questions and concerns you might have. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that we can soon have everything back to normal and continue working on a solid partnership for the future.
